Please note that by doing so, or by otherwise posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting (“Posting”) chart farts, stories, wordgery, reviews, comments, suggestions, feedback, ideas, concepts, suggestions, or ideas (“Submission”), you are granting GiggleMed.com, LLC permission to use your Submission on an unrestricted basis, for any purpose whatsoever including, without limitation, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and royalty-free license rights to: develop, manufacture and market services incorporating such Submission, to copy, publish, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate, create derivative works from, and reformat your Submission throughout the world in any media; and the unrestricted right to sublicense such rights. GiggleMed.com, LLC does not wish to receive any Submission that is confidential or proprietary. You agree not to post or otherwise provide any Submission that you consider confidential or proprietary. Any Submissions you post will be deemed and treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. 

You agree that your Submission does not violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary right(s). You further agree that your Submission is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.” You are and shall remain solely responsible for the content of any Submission you make. Any feedback you provide at this site shall be deemed to be non-confidential. GiggleMed.com, LLC shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis. GiggleMed.com, LLC shall not use names when posting testimonials, but may use initials or pseudonyms.

Unsolicited Ideas Not Pertaining to Chart Farts, Wordgery, or Stories Submissions 

GiggleMed.com, LLC, and its affiliated companies, and its and their employees do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including ideas for new or improved products, technologies, product enhancements, advertising campaigns, promotions, marketing plans or product names. Please do not send any creative artwork, suggestions or other works to GiggleMed.com, LLC, or its affiliated companies. GiggleMed.com, LLC wishes to avoid any misunderstandings or disputes concerning products, product names, promotions, marketing strategies or other works that may appear similar to ideas submitted to GiggleMed.com, LLC. Therefore, please do not send your unsolicited ideas to GiggleMed.com, LLC or anyone associated with GiggleMed.com, LLC. 

If you send GiggleMed.com, LLC your ideas, despite our policy, then the following terms shall apply to your idea submission, regardless of what you may state in your submission: (1) your idea will automatically become the property of GiggleMed.com, LLC, without any compensation to you; (2) GiggleMed.com, LLC will have no obligation to return your idea to you or respond to you in any way; (3) GiggleMed.com, LLC will have no obligation to keep your idea confidential; and (4) GiggleMed.com, LLC may use your idea for any purpose whatsoever, including giving your idea to others.

Trademark Usage Policy 

For the proper use of GiggleMed.com, LLC trademarks and logos: 

USE THE CORRECT SYMBOL

When referring to Giggle Med ™ trademarks and registered trademarks, always include the proper notation after the name and logo. (® for Registered Trademarks and ™ for Trademarks) Failure to do so dilutes our trademark protection. In text it is only necessary to annotate the first instance of the trademark in a given document or piece. After the first instance you may drop the ® or ™ after the word. When using logos, always include the ® or ™ in every instance. Logos may only be used under license from GiggleMed.com, LLC. 

USE FULL, PROPER, TRADEMARKED BRAND NAMES

Always use the full, proper trademarked brand names in all communications. Never abbreviate a Giggle Med ™ brand to create an acronym. 

DO NOT ALTER GIGGLE MED ™ BRANDS OR LOGOS

When using a Giggle Med brand, never vary the spelling, add or delete hyphens, make one word two, or use a possessive form of the Giggle Med brand. When using a Giggle Med logo, never modify the design, add or delete any elements or words, change any colors or proportions. 

THE GIGGLE MED ™ LOGO

The Giggle Med logo must be used as a stand-alone icon to connote origination of GiggleMed.com, LLC, without other logos and trademarks associated with it. Only GiggleMed.com, LLC products and services may be used in conjunction with the Giggle Med logo. 

GIGGLE MED ™ BRANDS & THIRD PARTY TRADEMARKS

Do not combine the Giggle Med brands with third party trademarks. Third party names and logos cannot be used in conjunction with Giggle Med brands and logos in product names except to connote that Giggle Med material is included. Giggle Med brands and logos may not be used as part of the product name for any third party product.

LOGO SIZING

When materials are co-branded, the prominence of the Giggle Med logo should be at least proportionate to its contribution to the partnership. Therefore, Giggle Med's logo should be of equal size and prominence with an equal partner. If GiggleMed.com, LLC is the dominant partner, the Giggle Med logo should be larger than partner logos. If GiggleMed.com, LLC is one of several lesser partners in an initiative headed by a dominant partner, Giggle Med's logo should be at least of equal prominence and size with the lesser partners, but smaller than the dominant partner. In partner promotions, the Giggle Med logos cannot be altered in any way.

COPYRIGHT STATEMENTS

Each name, term or mark that is a registered trademark must include the applicable mark and copyright statement when it is used.

Example:
“_____ is a trademark or a registered trademark of GiggleMed.com, LLC”

The blank space should be a list of all Giggle Med Marks and Giggle Med logos that appear in that particular piece. If all Giggle Med Marks and Giggle Med logos are registered trademarks, then the footnote should indicate as such. Footnotes should always be complete sentences, and ordinarily appear on the copyright page, on the last page of the material, or on packaging. 

PRODUCT PACKAGING

Special attention should be devoted to the correct use of Giggle Med ™ brands and logos on product packaging. Any Giggle Med brand that is displayed on packaging should be attributed with the appropriate trademark symbol (refer to the Giggle Med Trademarks Chart) the first time it appears on each side of the package. Any Giggle Med logo that is displayed on packaging should be attributed with the appropriate trademark symbol each time it appears on the package. A copyright statement, which is most commonly combined with copyright and patent information, should reference each Giggle Med brand and logo that appears on the packaging. Ordinarily, this footnote appears on the back of the packaging.

POWER POINT & OTHER PRESENTATIONS

Giggle Med ™ Brands and logos, should always be attributed with the proper symbol and footnoted on all presentations that are displayed to the public (sales, trade shows etc). If a presentation is used internally, Giggle Med brands and logos should be attributed but need not be footnoted. 

THIRD PARTY LICENSORS

Some Giggle Med ™ products include technology used under license from third party licensors. You may not use any such third party trademark without express permission from the owner. 

RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

GiggleMed.com, LLC is the owner of all right, title, and interest in the Giggle Med ™ brand and logos. No person or entity may reproduce or use (or authorize the reproduction or use of) the Giggle Med brands and logos in any manner other than expressly authorized by Giggle Med. Unauthorized use of Giggle Med brands and logos is strictly prohibited. 

GiggleMed.com, LLC may, at its sole discretion, modify the Giggle Med brands and logos at any time. Please refer to the Giggle Med Trademarks Chart periodically to ensure your compliance. In order to assure compliance and quality of control, Giggle Med may request that you provide samples of any marketing, advertising, or other material that includes the Giggle Med brands and logos.
