I just saw on an EMR a patient's name listed as "Angina, Has" - my guess is that it was her chief complaint or the triage nurse's assessment... either that or this ladies parents had a very sick sense of humor :) Thanks Rob… glad you liked it.

I’m not put off by the possibilities of digital medicine, at all. I love the possibilities… But at the same time, I just cautious of their unintended consequences.

But I must say I'm not so put off by the possibilities of digital medicine - I've been using Microsoft HealthVault (http://www.healthvault.com/Personal/index.html) for quite a whiel now and I love it. It makes doctor visits easier, since I don't have to keep a million things in my head, and I've been sharing my blood pressure readings with my doc online. Keep it up! That’s hilarious!
